
| WARRANTY POLICY A & A Scooters, Inc, and its distributors are committed to providing excellent after-sale service through swift warranty processing. All warranty claims should be mailed or faxed to A & A Scooters and/or its distributor and will be processed within 15 to 20 days of receipt. A warranty registration card needs to be on file with A & A Scooters before a warranty claim can be processed. The warranty registration card must be received by A & A Scooters within 7 days from the date of purchase. No warranty card will be accepted unless all the requested information is supplied, or if the card is submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase. A & A Scooters, Inc and/or its distributors will not accept warranty claim forms that do not have warranty registration cards on file. It is the dealer/distributors responsibility to provide the customer with a warranty card (available on the website) at time of purchase. To claim a part under warranty, the defective part must be shipped or mailed back to A & A Scooters, Inc. Once A & A Scooters Inc. receives the defective part, we will ship the replacement part. This is necessary to ensure the correct replacement part will be sent and also allows us to send the defective part back to the factory for reimbursement. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase from the dealer by the consumer, and runs as follows: Mechanical Part Engine, Transmission, Drive Train, Carburetor, Front Shocks, Rear Shocks, Chain 6 Months (or 3,000 miles)Street-Legal, 2 Months Non-Street-Legal Converter, Engine Coil, Switches, Solenoid, Fuel 3 Months Street-Legal System, Starter Relay, CDI Modules, Brake Assembly 1 Month Non-Street-Legal Not Covered Under Warranty Labor costs to replace parts Shipping cost for return of defective parts or shipment of replacement parts Plastics, moldings, farings, or body covers Tires, tubes, wheels, brake shoes/pads Light bulbs, batteries, remote start/alarm system, chargers Lubricants, air filters, hoses Problems from lack of professional assembly, lack of scheduled maintenance, or consumer abuse Please note: Any and all modifications to the vehicle will void the warranty! Shipping Damage If you discover shipping damage to your unit, you must report the damage within 2 business days of receipt of the item. If damage is extensive enough to notice before the box is opened, note this on the carriers delivery receipt before you sign it. If at all possible, take digital pictures of the damage while the unit is still in the box.
